Standard Shipping and Processing:
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five to seven business days of receipt of the order. Our goal is to process all orders as quickly as possible. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted by phone or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Due to weight and size restrictions, express shipping may not be available for large orders. A physical address is necessary for delivery. Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charge. Some items will require a separate order with an additional shipping charge. Three-day delivery orders received after 12:30pm PST will be shipped the next business day. (For example: A three-day delivery ordered Thursday at 2:00 p.m. will be shipped Friday, and delivered the following Tuesday.) Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Three-day delivery is not available for items on back-order.
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your Irish Crystal Co purchases. We carefully pack and inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please open packages immediately and report damage within 7 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund. Please insure any returned packages. We regret that freight charges are not refundable.
Please note: All sale items, personalized items and special order items are not returnable. Special orders cannot be cancelled. All items must be in original wrapping and intact for it to be returned. All returned items must be in salable condition for a refund to be issued and must have original receipt. Questions?
